Advanced Mechanix brings electrical design documentation, control panel drawings and plant models into one coordinated package. We work with mining, process and industrial teams, using the standards and engineering tools already on the project.
The hard part is keeping the package together.
A plant upgrade often starts with a folder of old drawings, a marked-up PDF and an issue date that is getting closer. The load list has changed. A vendor has sent a new panel layout. The cable schedule needs another revision.
Our work sits in those connections. We develop and draft the single-lines, schedules, schematics and models that describe the same system. The information needs to be clear enough for the next person to review, build from or hand over.
The brief matters as much as the drawing. We agree the design inputs, deliverables and review responsibilities with your team before production starts. If an input is missing or two documents disagree, it needs a query, not a guess.

Our production team is based in Pakistan, with US-based client coordination. Working hours, communication channels and review dates are agreed for each project. The handover plan follows the project’s review sequence.
At handover, your team receives the agreed source files, PDFs and revision information. The drawing register and issue sequence should make it clear what is current, what changed and what still needs review.
Design calculations, engineer-of-record responsibility and any statutory sign-off are defined in the project scope. Each is assigned to the responsible party in the project scope.
Discuss file access before sending the files.
Tell us if the project requires an NDA, a client-hosted workspace or a particular access-approval process. We agree the data environment and confidentiality requirements before source material is shared.
Procurement questions belong in that conversation too: who can access the package, how revisions are transmitted and what is retained at handover. List the access, transmittal and retention rules that apply so they can be addressed in the scope before files move.
