Three pricing models: fixed-scope project for one-off packages, per-drawing rates (typically 40% below US/AU onshore rates) for ad-hoc capacity, and monthly retainer for managed-service engagements with guaranteed capacity. Single-line diagrams: 3–5 business days. MCC / switchgear packages: 2–3 weeks. Solar permit packages: 5–7 business days. BIM pilots: 2–4 weeks. Revision SLA 24 hours on managed-service engagements.

Project-based engagements include two revision rounds in fixed pricing. Managed service includes unlimited revisions within the 24-hour SLA. Change orders beyond scope are quoted in writing before work begins — no surprise invoices.

Yes. We build to your BEP including LOD requirements, model origin, shared coordinates, worksets, and file naming. If you don't have a BEP, we can help draft one aligned to ISO 19650.

We routinely deliver LOD 200, 300, 350, and 400 across electrical, mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines. LOD is defined in kickoff and verified at every milestone.

Yes. MS Teams, Slack, Jira, Asana, ProjectWise, BIM 360, and client-hosted Citrix / VDI environments. Our onshore PMs run weekly status calls and escalation paths alongside your internal PMs.
