BIM modeling outsourcing — Revit production that holds up in construction.

2D to 3D conversion, multi-discipline Revit modeling, Navisworks clash detection, and digital twins — built to your BIM Execution Plan.

Revit 2024/25/26 ISO 19650 LOD 200 – 400 BIM 360 / ProjectWise Navisworks Clash
Revit MEP electrical model
Overview

BIM production that matches your internal quality — at half the cost.

Most BIM teams can produce models. Few can produce models that survive multi-discipline coordination without a dozen revision cycles. The difference is disciplined LOD management, tight family standards, and clash reports that categorize by severity, not just count.

Our BIM production team works inside your BEP, your content library, and your file exchange environment (BIM 360, ProjectWise, or client-hosted). We deliver models that pass coordination the first time.

  • Multi-discipline modeling (E / M / S / A)
  • ISO 19650 BIM outsourcing with as-built reconciliation service
  • Built to your LOD and BEP
  • Weekly clash reports with severity tracking
  • Custom Revit family libraries
Capabilities

Everything from 2D conversion to digital twin

2D to 3D Conversion

Convert legacy drawings, PDFs, and scanned documents into coordinated parametric 3D models.

Multi-Discipline Revit

Electrical, MEP, structural, and architectural modeling with central model coordination and worksets.

Navisworks Clash Detection

Weekly clash reports categorized by severity, discipline, and resolution path. Integrated into your issue tracker.

Digital Twin Creation

Data-linked digital twins with tagged equipment, room relationships, and CMMS-ready metadata.

Shop Drawings & Fabrication

Fabrication-ready shop drawings generated from coordinated models with BOMs and cut sheets.

Custom Family Libraries

Parametric Revit families with shared parameters, type catalogs, and MEP connectors to your content standards.

How We Work

Four steps from your drawings to a coordinated model

01

BEP Review

Align on LOD, file exchange, content library, coordinate system, and milestone schedule.

02

Pilot Model

First discipline modeled as a pilot. You validate against standards before full production.

03

Production + Clash

Weekly sprints with clash reports, milestone QA, and BIM 360 / ProjectWise integration.

04

Issue & Handover

Final clash-resolved models, shop drawings, and digital twin data ready for handover.

Your pilot Revit family or model is on us.

We'll build one pilot deliverable — a Revit family, a small area model, or a conversion sample — for free. You see quality before you commit to scope.

We can afford this because our BIM pilots routinely pass client QA on first issue — one pilot costs us a fraction of a sales call.

FAQ

Questions BIM managers ask us

Can you work to our BIM Execution Plan?
Yes. We build to your BEP, including LOD requirements, model origin, shared coordinates, worksets, and file naming. If you don't have a BEP, we can help draft one aligned to ISO 19650.
What levels of development (LOD) do you model to?
We routinely deliver LOD 200, 300, 350, and 400 across electrical, mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines. LOD is defined in kickoff and verified at every milestone.
How do you handle clash detection?
Navisworks-based clash detection with weekly clash reports, categorized by severity and discipline. Resolution tracking integrates into BIM 360, ProjectWise, or your existing issue management system.
Can you build custom Revit families?
Yes. Parametric Revit families to your content standards, including MEP families with connectors, shared parameters, and type catalogs. We maintain a library history per client.
Do you create digital twins?
Yes. We create data-linked digital twins that integrate with CMMS, asset management, and facility operations systems. Deliverables include tagged equipment, room relationships, and maintenance-linked metadata.
