What information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact and consultation forms: name, email address, company name, phone number, and any project details you choose to share.
Contact forms send the information you enter through FormSubmit to our company email address. Avoid sending confidential project material through these forms.
How we use information
- To respond to consultation and contact requests
- To deliver requested resources (guides, calculators, sample drawings)
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve it
- To send project-related communication during active engagements
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures site visits, page views, resource downloads and actions such as an enquiry confirmation or a click on our contact links. Google Analytics can use cookies to distinguish visits. Our analytics code does not send the names, email addresses, drawing links or messages entered in our enquiry forms.
Analytics stays off until you select “Allow analytics.” You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. We remember your choice in local storage for up to six months. Withdrawing permission stops analytics and removes its first-party cookies from this site. Microsoft Clarity and advertising tags are disabled.

Your rights
If you are located in the EU / EEA (GDPR), UK (UK GDPR), or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to:

Data security & retention
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable, role-segregated access controls, and audit-logged activity. Personal information from contact forms is retained for 24 months after last contact unless a longer retention is required by contract or law.
International transfers
Some of our production team operates from Pakistan. Personal information may be processed outside the jurisdiction where it was collected. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children
Our services are directed at businesses and not at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect.
