Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer with approximately 2 years of experience to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in industrial electrical design, controls, and power electronics, with proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and review electrical design documentation for industrial and mining projects
- Develop electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, and related drawings
- Collaborate with project teams and clients in Australia, requiring early morning availability
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant international standards (NEC, IEC, etc.)
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to strengthen team capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Approximately 2 years of experience in industrial electrical design
- Strong foundation in controls and power electronics
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (MicroStation experience is a plus)
- Ability to work Pakistan morning hours to align with Australian time zone (starting at 6:00 AM)
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Strong documentation and communication skills

Work Environment
- Standard work hours align with Australian clients (starting at 6:00 AM Pakistan time)
- Office-based position at our Pakistan facility in F 8 Islamabad.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary of PKR 130,000
